We offer our students an opportunity to travel into Calgary to explore the local amenities such as shopping, international food markets, cinemas, etc. on our Monthly Shuttle Bus.
In order to be eligible to ride the shuttle bus
- students must be 15 years of age or older
- have a Canadian cell phone
- and have a waiver signed by their parents
Shuttle buses are unchaperoned, therefore every student must have submitted a shuttle bus waiver form that is signed by their parents.
Our Shuttle bus costs $20 payable to the bus driver upon boarding the bus.
With limited spaces available students must sign up to secure their spot. If you sign up for the shuttle bus but then decide for any reason not to go you will be excluded from the next shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus runs on a strict schedule. It will not wait at any location. You should be ready to board 10 mins prior to departure. If you miss the shuttle bus home a charge must be paid to cover any costs associated with returning you back to your dormitory or homestay.
Students must behave appropriately on the bus, following rules established by the bus driver. Students are also expected to follow all rules and regulations for behaviour for international students while in the program.
